Ryan's F-250 Super Duty Tremor Build
A 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Tremor in metallic silver, fully outfitted — a Carli Pintop suspension system with all the bells and whistles, fabricated radius arms, high and low mount stabilizers, Deaver springs with long-travel air bags, a Baja Designs XL Linkable up front, and Method 315 wheels wrapped in 37-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires.
Built To Work & Play
Ryan brought his 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Tremor in to be fully outfitted, and we built it around a Carli Pintop suspension system with all the bells and whistles. That means Carli fabricated radius arms, Carli high- and low-mount steering stabilizers, and a Deaver rear leaf spring pack paired with long-travel air bags for load support that still travels. Up front, a Baja Designs XL Linkable light sits on the bumper for serious reach after dark. The rolling stock is 17-inch Method 315 wheels wrapped in 37-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires — the proven mud-terrain that eats up whatever's in front of it.

The Details
Pintop, Top to Bottom
The heart of this build is a Carli Pintop suspension system with all the bells and whistles. Carli fabricated radius arms locate the front end, while Carli high- and low-mount steering stabilizers keep the wheel dead steady no matter what the terrain throws at it. A Carli torsion sway bar tightens up the front end and keeps body roll in check through the rough. Out back, a Deaver leaf spring pack paired with long-travel air bags gives the truck real travel and load support in one setup — planted and controlled whether it's empty or working. The Pintop system anchors everything on King-built shocks, which is what gives a Carli-equipped Super Duty that signature planted, controlled ride.
Lit Up Front
A Baja Designs XL Linkable light on the front bumper gives Ryan serious reach once the sun goes down. It's clean, bolt-on, and puts light exactly where you need it off-road.
Wheels & Tires
Rolling stock is a set of 17-inch Method 315 wheels wrapped in 37-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires. The Toyo M/T is the proven mud-terrain that just works on a heavy truck like this — tough, aggressive, and built to take a beating off-road without quitting on the street.
