Toyota Tundra i-FORCE MAX Build
A 2025 Tundra Limited i-FORCE MAX taken from stock to a meaner stance — an Icon Stage 2 2.5 EXP suspension with tubular upper control arms and 1.25-inch rear dual-rate coil springs, 18-inch Method Race Wheel 305s in double black, and Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires.

Built To Work & Play
Jake had been driving his 2025 Tundra Limited i-FORCE MAX stock for too long and wanted it to look meaner and perform better. We started with an Icon Stage 2 2.5 EXP suspension system — tubular upper control arms up front and 1.25-inch rear dual-rate coil springs out back — then mounted 18-inch Method Race Wheel 305s in double black wrapped in Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires. We've been extremely impressed with these Icon EXP systems: a great upgrade that noticeably improves on-road ride quality while increasing off-road performance and raising the height to clear oversized tires.

The Details
The Suspension
An Icon Stage 2 2.5 EXP system does the work up front with tubular upper control arms, paired with 1.25-inch rear dual-rate coil springs out back. We've been extremely impressed with these Icon EXP systems — a great upgrade that noticeably improves on-road ride quality while increasing off-road performance and raising the height to clear oversized tires.
The Wheels & Tires
Eighteen-inch Method Race Wheel 305s in double black fill out the lifted fenders with a clean, aggressive look, wrapped in Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires for the grip to match — a hybrid Tundra that looks as good as it performs.
